Fresh ginger10cmgrated / finely chopped
Black peppercorns1tt = teaspoon
T = tablespoon

cardomom pods2can get quite intense
cloves2The toothache meds spice
snoeksout1pinchI dont carry snoeksout, its far to far from the west coast of South Africa. Normal salt will do
